Welcome to Lilavibe! We are dedicated to delivering our curated women's apparel collections directly to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order travels from our boutique to your wardrobe.

1. Order Processing & Timeline

We know you are excited to receive your new pieces! Every order undergoes careful quality inspection and packaging before leaving our facility.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and handed over to our premium carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: Our daily shipping cut-off is 18:00 (GMT+08:00).

    • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We currently specialize in shipping exclusively to the United States via trusted international express postal lines.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 12 – 20 business days (Monday to Friday delivery; weekends and holidays in the US are excluded).

  • How it works: Delivery time is calculated from the moment our carrier scans and picks up your package. It does not include the initial 1-3 days of order processing.

💡 Example: If you order on Monday morning (before 18:00) and it takes 2 business days to pack, your package is shipped on Wednesday. Your 12–20 business day delivery window starts from that Wednesday.

Please note: Unexpected customs clearance checks, peak shopping seasons, or severe weather may occasionally cause delays beyond our standard timeline.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

All currency is listed in USD. Rates do not include potential import taxes or local customs fees.

4. Seamless Order Tracking

Once your clothing is on its way, you won't be kept guessing.

  • You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to trace your journey.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours from the time of shipment for the tracking portal to update with its initial routing details.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because our collections ship from international fulfillment hubs, your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the United States.

  • Recipient Responsibility: All customs fees, tariffs, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lilavibe does not collect, predict, or cover these destination charges.

  • Important Policy Warning: If a delivery is refused or abandoned because the recipient fails to cooperate with local customs or refuses to pay import duties, the package will be destroyed or abandoned by the carrier. In these instances, we cannot issue any refund for the order or shipping fees.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We want your packages to arrive safely!

  • Customer Responsibility: Lilavibe is not liable for items lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided during checkout.

  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to our facility by the courier due to an insufficient address, or because it was uncollected at your local post office, we will gladly help reship it. However, a reshipping fee of $16.46 will be charged to cover the secondary carrier cost. The same fee applies if a delivery is rejected by the recipient and needs to be resent.

7. Package Protection (Lost or Damaged Items)

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking info stops updating and your package hasn't arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will open an official investigation with the carrier to trace or compensate your parcel.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly torn, crushed, or tampered with, we highly recommend inspecting the garments inside right away. If the clothes are damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, take clear photos/videos, and email us immediately.

  • Please note: Damage or missing items reported long after a package has been successfully signed for are extremely difficult to verify and may limit your eligibility for a replacement.

8. Exceptional Delays Disclaimer

While we work tirelessly to meet our delivery promises, Lilavibe cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by factors outside our control. This includes customs backlogs, extreme weather events, natural disasters, national strikes, global health restrictions, or carrier system outages during high-volume holidays.
