By placing an order on our boutique, you agree to the terms of our return policy outlined below.

1. The Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the exact date your package was delivered to request a return.

2. Service Area

Currently, we only accept and process returns from orders shipped within the United States.

3. Condition Guidelines

Whether you simply changed your mind (non-defective) or noticed an issue with the garment, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new or gently used condition (e.g., trying it on in your room is perfectly fine, but it shouldn't be worn out for a day).

  • Garments must be free from makeup stains, perfume scents, deodorant marks, alterations, or any damage caused after delivery.

  • Please include original tags, accessories, and packaging whenever possible.

4. Exchanges

To keep our inventory updated and get you your desired items faster, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply follow the steps below to return your original item for a refund, and place a new order online at your convenience.

How to Start Your Return

We’ve kept our return process straightforward:

  1. Drop Us an Email: Send a return request to lopezmatthewlidqp6132.@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and a brief note about the reason.

  2. Get Shipping Instructions: Our support team will reply with our designated return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely pack your items. Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lilavibe cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

📦 A Quick Note on Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a product defect.

Refunds & Processing

Zero Restocking Fees

We want you to explore our collections without worry. There are no restocking fees deducted from your return. You will receive a refund for the full product price.

Refund Timeline

Once your return package arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies usually take an additional 3 to 10 business days to clear the funds and display the credit on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong size/style, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.

In these cases, Lilavibe will cover all costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and issue a 100% full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement immediately.
